During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is active.

We currently offer limited international shipping. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on location.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by couriers, weather or customs are outside of our control.
